We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where we handle data of individuals in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we also apply the corresponding GDPR obligations.
We rely on your consent for enquiries and for optional analytics, on the performance of a contract for engagement work, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site. Where a legal obligation requires retention, that takes precedence.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work:
Some of our service providers operate outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred, we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted under the applicable law and take reasonable steps to ensure an equivalent level of protection.
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Engagement records are retained for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law, then deleted.

Email us using the address in the imprint. We respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
The site sets a small number of cookies. The ones required to make the site work cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing the site's cookies.
Access to client information is limited to the people working on your engagement. Documents are held in access-controlled storage. Where a migration requires technical access to your environment, it is arranged through a scoped role that you create and can revoke.
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
