About
Datatronex Computer Systems
An Abu Dhabi practice that builds software and moves workloads to AWS — and tells clients the truth about what both will cost.
Why we work this way
Cloud migration advice has a credibility problem. Startups are told that a published “up to” figure is money they are about to receive, that their projected AWS spend is the same thing as their credit allocation, and that two entirely separate programmes are one application. Then the bill arrives.
We built this practice around the opposite discipline. Every number we hand you carries a label saying what kind of number it is. Every engagement has one status you can ask about. Before any workload moves you hold a written scope, a written estimate and a signed sheet confirming what we have and have not promised.
It makes some sales conversations harder. It makes every conversation after that easier.
How we operate
Labelled numbers
Estimated, potentially eligible, submitted, confirmed. Four labels, applied without exception.
Written before executed
Scope, sequence and cost on paper before anything is switched over. No verbal scope.
No promises we cannot keep
We do not decide credit outcomes, so we never present one as decided.
One status, always available
You should never have to ask three people where a project stands.
Where we work
We are based in Abu Dhabi and work with founders and IT teams across the United Arab Emirates and the wider GCC, as well as Egypt and the United Kingdom. Engagements run in English and Arabic.

The people you will work with
A small senior team. The people who scope your engagement are the people who deliver it.
Start with an honest assessment
Tell us what you run today. We will tell you what moving it would cost and whether the credit programmes are realistic for you.
