AWS migration · Abu Dhabi
Migrate to AWS knowing exactly what it will cost.
We plan the move, forecast the bill, and handle the credit applications that can offset it. You see a written estimate and a clear scope before anything is switched over.
No charge for the initial assessment.
Built for teams that need a number they can defend
Written before the work
Scope, sequence and cost estimate are on paper before a single workload moves.
Every figure labelled
Estimated, potentially eligible, submitted, confirmed. Four words that stop four kinds of misunderstanding.
One tracked status
At any point you can ask where the engagement stands and get one answer, not four.
Regional footprint
Based in Abu Dhabi, working with founders and IT teams across the GCC, Egypt and the UK.
What we do
Four things, done properly
We do not sell a platform and we do not resell hosting. We plan migrations, forecast their cost, pursue the credits that offset them, and prove the work was done.
AWS migration
Plan and execute the move from on-premise or another cloud onto AWS, workload by workload.
Learn moreStartup credit advisory
Prepare and submit AWS migration credit and Activate applications, then track the decisions.
Learn moreCost forecasting
Model what your workloads will actually cost on AWS, before you commit to anything.
Learn morePost-migration verification
Confirm what actually moved, document it, and produce the evidence credit programmes require.

Four labels on every number
Every number we give you carries one of four labels. If a figure reaches you without one, ask us which it is.
- 01
Estimated spend
Our projection of what your workloads will cost on AWS. A forecast, never a commitment.
- 02
Potential eligibility
A maximum you could be considered for. Not an amount you have been awarded.
- 03
Submitted request
What we have formally asked AWS for on your behalf. Submitted is not the same as approved.
- 04
Confirmed award
What AWS has approved in writing. This is the only figure you can bank.
Where we differ
What we will never tell you
Four sentences you will not hear from us, because each one has cost somebody real money.
“Up to $100,000 in credits” means you will get $100,000.
“Up to” is a ceiling on what you may be considered for. Most approvals land well below it, and some land at zero.
Your projected annual AWS spend is the amount of credits you will receive.
Spend and credits are unrelated numbers. One is what you will pay AWS; the other is what AWS may decide to give back.
Migration credits and AWS Activate are one application.
They are separate programmes with separate criteria and separate decisions. Qualifying for one says nothing about the other.
Start moving critical workloads now, the credits are as good as approved.
Nothing critical should depend on an unconfirmed credit expectation. We will tell you to wait, even when waiting is inconvenient.
How it works
From first conversation to signed handover
Ten steps. You know which one you are on at all times.
- 01
Intake
You complete the questionnaire and send the document package. We ask follow-up questions until the picture is complete.
- 02
Assessment
We review your infrastructure, spend and funding position, and tell you whether you are a realistic candidate for the credit programmes.
- 03
Cost estimate
We produce a written estimate covering one-off migration cost and ongoing AWS run rate, with assumptions listed.
- 04
Your approval
You sign off the scope, the sequence and the estimate. You also sign the expectation confirmation sheet. Nothing moves until this is done.
- 05
Credit routes
We identify which programmes apply to you, in what order, and what evidence each one needs.
- 06
Applications
We prepare and submit the applications. Each one is tracked separately because each one is decided separately.
- 07
Migration
Workloads move in the agreed sequence, lowest risk first, with rollback available at each stage.
- 08
Attestations
We assemble the proof of completed migration that AWS requires before releasing staged credits.
- 09
Monitoring
We watch actual spend against the forecast for the first billing cycles and flag divergence early.
- 10
Handover
Documentation, access, cost dashboards and open items are handed to your team in a recorded session.
Credit programmes
Credits are a discount, not a budget
AWS runs several programmes that can offset migration and early running costs. They are separate applications with separate criteria, decided by AWS and released in stages against proof of work. We prepare the applications, gather the evidence and track the decisions. We do not decide the outcome and neither does anyone who tells you otherwise.

Tell us what you are running today
Send us your current setup and we will come back with a scope, a sequence and an estimated cost. If you are not a fit for the credit programmes, we will say so in the first conversation.
